Empowering Youth, Advancing Justice: A Vision for Systems Change

Join us on Friday, June 13 at 11:30 a.m. at The City Club of Cleveland
Be part of a meaningful conversation about reshaping youth justice in Greater Cleveland. The Youth Justice Collaborative will share its work advancing community-led solutions that challenge outdated, punitive approaches to juvenile justice. In 2021, Cuyahoga County transferred more youth to adult court than any other county in Ohio, and as of September 2024, Black youth accounted for 72% of the state’s youth prison population. This forum will explore how local leadership and coordinated systems change can create more equitable and effective outcomes for young people.
