Access to safe, affordable housing and welcoming community spaces is essential to individual and community well being. When people lack stable places to live and gather, they may face overcrowding, frequent moves, or high housing costs that disrupt work, education, health, and social connection.
Saint Luke’s Foundation advances placemaking and placekeeping focused within Saint Luke’s footprint by supporting the creation and preservation of safe physical spaces where community residents and stakeholders live, grow, and unite for good. Guided by community-centered values, we make capital and programmatic investments in residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties.
Through this work, we aim to strengthen neighborhood stability, promote safety and dignity, and ensure residents have spaces they can truly call home.
