(May 10, 2024) – Leah Rothstein, co-author of Just Action: How to Challenge Segregation Enacted Under the Color of Law, spoke at the City Club of Cleveland. During this forum, she, along with Evelyn Burnett, Co-Founder and CEO of ThirdSpace Action Lab and ThirdSpace Café, discussed the political and economic factors that have led to housing segregation in metropolitan areas nationwide. Highlighting the legacy of redlining, Just Action shared civic engagement strategies and housing policies that need to be redressed to undo this legacy. This forum was part of the Saint Luke’s Foundation Health Equity Series in partnership with the City Club of Cleveland.
